The first step is telling us a little bit about yourself! We’ll ask about your living situation, your experience with pets, and your daily routine.

2. References & History
Reliability is key to a happy cat. We ask for a personal reference and, if you’ve had pets before, a quick check-in with your veterinarian.
👉 Why we do this: It allows us to confirm a history of responsible pet care and ensures our cats are going into safe, loving hands.
3. The “Get to Know You” Interview (Phone or In-Person)
We’ll have a casual chat (phone or in-person) to discuss the joys and challenges of cat ownership. We’ll talk about everything from grooming and vet visits to how you’d handle a cat scratching the sofa.
👉 Why we do this: This is a great time for you to ask us questions and for us to see how you approach problem-solving as a pet owner.
4. Home Visit / Virtual Tour
We want to see where our feline friends will be napping! We’ll do a quick check for safety—like secure windows and non-toxic plants—to ensure the environment is “cat-proofed.”
👉 Why we do this: To make sure the space is safe, comfortable, and ready for a new resident.
5. Trial Period (within UAE area only)
Sometimes we offer a “Foster-to-Adopt” model. You can take your new friend home for 1–2 weeks to see how everyone settles in before making it official.

6. Finalizing the Adoption
Once everyone is happy, we’ll sign a formal Adoption Agreement and collect the adoption fee (which covers vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchipping).

7. Medical Fee & Initial Care
Once the adoption is finalized, a separate Medical Fee is payable directly to the veterinary clinic. This fee is essential for maintaining the high standard of care our cats receive before they head to their forever homes.
Payment Details: This payment is made at the time of your first post-adoption check-up or via the clinic’s billing portal.
What it covers: While the adoption fee covers basics, this medical fee supports ongoing wellness exams, flea/tick prevention, and any specific diagnostic tests required for your new companion’s transition.
Why we do this: Dealing directly with the vet ensures your cat’s medical records are seamlessly transferred into your name and guarantees that 100% of the funds go toward their immediate healthcare needs.
7. Lifelong Support
Our relationship doesn’t end when you leave with your cat. We’ll check in at the one-week, one-month, and six-month marks to offer advice on diet, behavior, or medical care.
